Thank you for your interest in a  Silver Membership, for the Jorge Gallardo Museum of Art, feel free to download your complimentary NFT for the month, The NFT that you can download is pre-chosen and may not be substituted by another NFT.  You may resell it at any time for personal use only, and may be transferred to another individual to use for his or her personal use only,

 

Commercial use is prohibited.  The person you transfer it to has to be registered with Jorge Gallardo Museum of Art, if the person is not registered with the Museum, the purchase is not valid and will not be acknowledged. 

 

The original buyer has to acknowledge that he sold the rights to the person who purchased the NFT from him, and the previous owner will be released as the owner of the NFT.  The purchaser and seller will have to provide a copy of his or her drivers license or passport to prove their identity. 

 

In the case that a disagreement happens with any person involved in the transaction, the matter will have to be settled in small claims court in the city of Toledo, Ohio, USA, or in the case that both of the individuals live in the same county, then the matter will be solved in the county and country that they reside in, not involving the Jorge Gallardo Museum of Art in any part of the sale or transaction.
